Brewing Method:
Gongfu Brew: 8 grams, 90-95°C, 120-130 ml, brew for 5 seconds; brew longer each time.
Hot Brew: 3 grams, 90-95°C, 250-300 ml, brew for 30 seconds; pour out to enjoy. Leaves can be used 2 more times.
Cold Brew: 8 grams, 90-95°C, 1L, brew for 3 minutes; pour out, cool in fridge, add your favorite sweetener to serve.
