Hi, I am the founder of Vegan Meishan, and I have been a vegan for 10 years. I am a dedicated vegan chef, tea sommelier, baker and patissier. My culinary journey is deeply rooted in my passion for creating delicious and exquisite vegan dishes, drawing inspiration from my Cantonese background that promote harmony and love for the planet. My approach to cooking is spiritual, aiming to connect people through food, tea and foster a better world.
